- Finalists must attend the awards ceremony to receive their awards.
- Deadline for December submissions was October 19th, 2007. Nominations are now closed.

Selection Process
Judges seek evidence of such qualities as perseverance, ingenuity/creativity and added value. The nominating process is open to sellers, buyers, providers and advisors. You can nominate yourself, clients or colleagues. The nomination process is free. All information and contacts presented in nomination form are subject to verification by The M&A Advisor.

About the Judges
Judges are recruited based on career achievement in such fields as investment banking, corporate law, fund management, corporate management, consulting, and academia. Judges are volunteers and are not past or present employees of, nor consultants to, The M&A Advisor.
The Nominating Process
You may nominate yourself or someone else. You may enter as many deals as you like. You may enter deals in multiple categories. You will be asked to identify the company or companies involved in the transaction(s), name your deal team, and provide basic information about the company or companies and about your own firm. You will be asked to provide professional references. All questions are mandatory. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE FORM RESULTS IN DISQUALIFICATION. The M&A Advisor reserves the right to re-nominate submissions for additional awards or re-categorize submissions. Nominations are final, and become in their entirety the property of The M&A Advisor. Only nomination forms submitted electronically through this site are eligible.
Note: WINNERS MUST ATTEND BLACK-TIE AWARDS GALA DEC. 11 IN MANHATTAN TO CLAIM THEIR TROPHIES.
